New Student Registration
Welcome to Orange Public Schools and Turkey Hill School!
If you are new to Orange and have been assigned to the Turkey Hill District, you will find the necessary registration information below. Please note that you may call the Board of Education Office at 203-891-8020 if you are new to Orange and do not yet know which school your child will be attending.
NOTE: To begin the registration process, please fill out the contact form below.
You will be contacted shortly after with instructions on how to begin the registration process. Once the proof of residency is received, the Administrative Assistant will email you a Parent Portal Letter to complete your Online Registration. Please note, the approved start date will be set once ALL required documents have been received.
The following documents are required to complete the enrollment process:
An * denotes a form that should be printed and filled out. An ! denotes a form that must be filled out by the student's physician:
Birth Certificate of Child to be Registered
Additional Medical Forms Only if Applicable
Medication Administration Form ! is required in order for the school nurse to administer any medications, prescription or otherwise, to your child.
Allergy Form ! if your student has life threatening allergies that need to be documented by the school nurse
Asthma Form ! if your student has Asthma
Please note that your child is not officially enrolled in school and may not begin attending until all documents have been received.

__ Filled out and printed residency form and obtained 2 forms of proof of residency
__ Child's birth certificate
__ Filled out and printed Pre School Information Permission
__ Had child's physician fill out medical form
__ Had child's physician fill out allergy or asthma forms (if applicable), filled out Medication Form (if applicable)
