Greetings from the resource room! My name is Arielle Gionfriddo (Mrs. G to all the students), one of the Resource Room teachers here at Turkey Hill and I will be working both in the resource room and regular education classrooms to provide extra support within the areas of reading, writing and math. As always, my paraprofessional support team and I are looking forward to learning about each of our students and working with them to ensure that this is a very positive experience.
All About Me:
This is my fourteenth year at Turkey Hill School! In that time I have had the opportunity to work with students in all grade levels. I love being apart of the Turkey Hill family and I look forward to many more years together.
I am a Syracuse University graduate (Go Orange!), where I received both my Bachelors degree in Inclusive Elementary and Special Education. Following my undergraduate years, I continued on to the University of Connecticut where I earned my masters degree in education with a specialization in curriculum.
Within my teaching experience I have worked with students with a variety of learning needs and have provided services in both the resource room and classroom. My goal is to provide students with the support to allow them to achieve to their fullest potential both academically and socially!
When I am not at school, I live with my husband and daughter in Cheshire. We enjoy spending time outdoors, watching family movies, and going for icecream!
