Good news! The case we have been watching at Yale New Haven has turned out NOT to be Ebola. However, since the West African crisis and the people suffering there are still on our minds, we will keep the information about Ebola up for a few days so that parents can continue to access it.
It is flu season, so it makes sense to remind your children about the common sense practices that will better protect them. We'll be doing the same thing in school making us a united front for a healthier winter for our children.
- WASH hands frequently with soap and water.
- Sneeze or cough into your elbow or cover your sneeze with a tissue.
- Do not share water bottles or utensils.
EBOLA: Guidance for Daycares and Schools
Please see the attached 'Winter Advisory Letter' with information for the upcoming winter season.
The letter will also be available in the District News Tab and the schools' virtual backpacks.
